Typically held over a weekend Our strategic planning sessions help to clearly identify a companies mission and vision, Establish 5 year goals and Planning to achieve them. We also conduct a SWOT analysis with the client and their board this will identify up to 7 strategic initiatives that will help give focus and direction to the management team while also identifying use of proceeds setting the stage for fund raising e#orts.

"DOCUMENT DESIGN SERVICE"

We will work with the client to develop and craft a Full set of documents In addition to providing the samples in our Investment readiness package We will help take your existing materials and draft it into an attractive 8 document package that has helped all of our clients with their investment rounds. We will draft and create the Highlights sheet, Executive summary, Usage of funds document, Subscription agreement , Term sheet and Pledge sheet, Corporate Shareholder overview and also arrange the info into a simple Power Point presentation.

"MANAGEMENT OF THE INVESTMENT PROCESS"

If a Client Needs Additional Time from RVC For Planning, Investment Preparation, or to manage the investment process They can engage us at an Hourly rate Of $100 Per Hour. A minimum of 50% non refundable deposit is required. Based on a minimum of 50 Hours.
